Make sure to place your order 21 to 28 days before your appointment.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS
  •  A 20% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This is non-refundable. If you need to make a change, appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
  • The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer. Cash payments are no longer accepted.
PUNCTUALITY & CANCELLATIONS
  • Please be on time: a €10 fee applies if you are 10 minutes late.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled without a refund.
  • In case of a no-show, you will be placed on our blacklist. 
  • To be removed, the remaining balance must be paid.
HAIR PREPARATION AND SUPPLIES
  • To help us serve you best, please arrive with clean, detangled, and/or blow dried hair. If this is not possible, we can blow-dry your hair for an additional €10. Washing is unfortunately not available on-site (yet).
  • Braiding hair is included in the price for braids.
  • For weaves, you must bring your own hair (the required amount is specified when booking).
GENERAL POLICIES
  • A €15 surcharge applies to squeeze ins.
  • A €20 surcharge applies to Sunday appointments.
  • To maintain a peaceful environment, please do not bring extra guests.
